2025: what a year

2025 was the year i stopped waiting.

for the right moment. for the right idea. for the right time. turns out there is no right time — there's only right now.

i shipped more this year than i had in the previous two years combined. some of it worked. most of it didn't. all of it taught me something.

the biggest lesson: momentum compounds. every small thing you ship makes the next thing easier.

build less, ship more.

2026 is on the horizon. i have plans. big ones. whether they work out or not — i'll be here, building, writing, figuring it out.
